Recently I was doing some keyword research for the Real Estate market in my local area and found an interesting fact that is Key to the Success of Internet Marketing for Realtors.
90% of the Realtor Websites were not properly optimized
for their “Target Market!”
Many were optimized for their “business title” of Realtor, but that’s not thinking like their customers…
In my research customers are using phrases like New Lenox Homes for Sale – or Homes for Sale New Lenox the customer is searching for the home first, then they’ll look for a realtor.
THINK like your customer – Ask the question, “How would my target market look for my product and/or service?”
